Neubauer Electric completed a first-floor TI to house a new, state-of-the-art cancer center at the Koll Center in Newport Beach. In addition to radiation oncology spaces, the clinic features 12,000+ sq. ft. of exam and therapy rooms, nursing workspaces, staff offices, and a waiting area, complete with high-end finishes and natural lighting. Patients will receive advanced cancer care including biology-guided treatment that combines PET imaging with radiotherapy.
