Berths 136-139 & 145-147, operated by TraPac Inc, are located in the Port of Los Angeles. The project included the construction of a 4 story administration building designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. The roof top included integrated solar panel installation. The remaining 170 acre site included construction of a 8 bay drive thru truck scale, yard operations building, pedestrian bridge over the railway and renovation of the site underground utilities.
